Friedman-Roth and RKF broker sale of 12,000 s/f bldg. in SoHo
According to Friedman-Roth Realty Corp. and Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (RKF), Spanish retailer Custo Barcelona has purchased 145 Spring St., a 12,000 s/f, eight-story, mixed-use loft building in SoHo. The building houses the retailer's flagship store, offices and showroom. Eric Roth, president of Freidman-Roth, acted as the seller's exclusive broker and RKF VP Joshua Strauss and David Aaron, formerly with RKF, represented Custo Barcelona. The sales price was undisclosed.
