Friedman of Pliskin Realty & Development brokers $1.8 million sale

Mitchell Friedman, vice president of investment sales at Pliskin Realty & Development (Carle Place, N.Y.), recently brokered a $1.8 million sale of a 5,000 s/f office building located at 33 Powerhouse Rd. Friedman represented the buyer, a private investor, in the sale. Gerry Krush of Real Estate Strategies (Jericho, N.Y.) represented the seller. Plans are for the building, which is currently vacant, to be occupied by the buyer. As vice president of investment sales for Pliskin Realty & Development, Friedman is responsible for the research and development of new properties, sales negotiations on behalf of property owners and sellers, as well as the training of Pliskin's sales associates. Pliskin Realty & Development is a full-service commercial real estate company specializing in retail development, management, leasing and brokerage services, as well as commercial and multifamily residential investments and management.
