Friedman of Pliskin completes sale of 4,500 s/f mixed-use building

Mitchell Friedman, vice president of investment sales at Pliskin Realty & Development, recently represented the buyer and seller, both private investors, in the sale of a 4,500 s/f mixed-used building located at 490 Westbury Ave. The three-story building is fully-leased with retailers, office space users and Camille's restaurant. Future plans are for a total renovation of the building. The sale price was not disclosed. As vice president of investment sales for Pliskin Realty & Development, Friedman is responsible for the research and development of new properties, sales negotiations on behalf of property owners and sellers, as well as the training of Pliskin's sales associates. He began his career at the company in 2001 and is a recognized as a strong "deal maker consummating major sales of commercial real estate properties throughout the New York-Metropolitan area. Pliskin Realty & Development is a full-service commercial real estate company specializing in retail development, management, leasing and brokerage services, as well as commercial and multifamily residential investments and management.
