Friedman of Meridian Capital Group negotiates $13.95 million new mortgage

Meridian Capital Group, LLC has negotiated a new mortgage in the amount of $13.95 million on a 148-unit, seven-story multifamily building on East 138th St. The loan features a rate of 4.25% and a 10-year term. The transaction was negotiated by Alan Friedman of Meridian.
