Fried Frank’s Melanie Meyers featured as guest panelist on WX NY Women Executives in Real Estate

Manhattan, NY Fried Frank’s Melanie Meyers was a featured guest panelist on WX NY Women Executives in Real Estate’s most recent deal series, WX Does Deals: Greenpoint Landing.

The discussion highlighted the 22-acre development along the East River in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, which is being master-developed by Park Tower Group and involves joint-venture development partnerships with Brookfield Properties, Rockefeller Group and L&M Development Partners.

This WX NY members-only event offered an opportunity to learn about the history of this site – from lumber yard to sludge tanks to deal closings during COVID, all while coordinating with city, state and federal agencies.
