Fried Frank represents Vornado in 266,000 s/f development at Pier 94

Manhattan, NY Fried Frank represented Vornado Realty Trust in connection with the authorizations and other entitlements needed to develop a 266,000 s/f, film, television and media production studio and public open space overlooking the Hudson River on Pier 94. Fried Frank further represented Vornado in negotiating a ground lease and related agreements with the city. Fried Frank also represented Vornado on the closing of its joint venture arrangement with Hudson Pacific Properties and Blackstone and mortgage and mezzanine financing led by RBC.

The Fried Frank team was led by real estate partners Carol Rosenthal, Robert Sorin and Nathaniel Lifschitz, and included real estate special counsel Neil Hood, corporate real estate associate Luis Murguia and real estate associate Nick Williams.
