Fried Frank advises New York University on lease at 770 Bdwy.
Manhattan, NY Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP advised New York University on its long-term lease agreement for over one million s/f of space at 770 Bdwy. adjacent to the University’s Manhattan campus. The building will be an important hub for NYU’s initiative to advance engineering, science, and technology.
The Fried Frank team includes partners Jonathan Mechanic, Cyril Touchard, Julianne Befeler, Janice Mac Avoy, and Richard Wolfe; and associates Joshua Katz and Pia Levin.
