Robert Freedman of RLF Realty arranged the following lease and sale transactions:
* Freedman brokered a lease for 4,000 s/f at 40 Colvin Ave. to the Visiting Nurse Association of Albany Inc. The company is relocating their executive offices. Lodi Realty Corp. is the landlord.
* Freedman represented 1718 Central Ave Corp., the owner of a 7,000 s/f building at 1718 & 1720 Central Ave., Colonie. The building was sold to Central Estate Properties, LLC. Alex Psomas of Weichert Realtors Northeast Group represented the purchaser. The sale price was $500,000.
