Frederick and Occhi of Cassidy Turley represent landlord in 13,907 s/f lease renewal at 527 Madison

According to Cassidy Turley, Saudi Petroleum International, Inc. has renewed its 13,907 s/f lease for 10 years on the entire 22nd and 23rd floors at 527 Madison Ave. "Saudi Petroleum has been a long term tenant at 527 Madison," said Jim Frederick, principal/executive managing director at Cassidy Turley. "Having several years remaining on its lease, the organization wished to make a substantial investment in its space. By making an early commitment, the tenant gained the certainty of a longer term. The landlord was able to negotiate amicable lease renewal terms to keep a valued and credit worthy tenant without expense." Saudi Petroleum International was represented by Richard Charles and Howard Fiddle of CB Richard Ellis. Cassidy Turley's Jim Frederick and Peter Occhi, managing director, represented the landlord, Mitsui Fudosan America, Inc.
