Frantzman of Levin Mgmt. secures lease with Staples totaling 14,000 s/f

Office supply retailer Staples has leased 14,000 s/f at North Village Shopping Center, according to Levin Management, exclusive leasing and managing agent for the 132,000 s/f shopping center. The lease signing brings retail occupancy at the center to 100%.
Jake Frantzman, Levin's senior leasing representative, negotiated the lease. The tenant was represented by Mike Horne of CBRE.
