Fornabaio of Vanderbilt Realty brokers $5.1 million sale of mixed-use property; Radwan of Tower Real Estate co-brokered the deal

Rockville Centre, NY Anthony Fornabaio, director of sales for Vanderbilt Realty, has negotiated the $5.1 million sale 200-212 Sunrise Hwy., a mixed-use property. This three-story, fully leased 18,810 s/f property has six retail tenants, eight residential apartments and three large executive offices. It is located at the corner of Sunrise Hwy. and North Village Ave., one block from the Long Island Railroad station.

This deal was co-brokered in cooperation with Zane Radwan, managing principal of Tower Real Estate, Melville. 

Vanderbilt Realty is a division of Vanderbilt Property Management, a full-service real estate firm with headquarters in Glenwood Landing.
