Fornabaio of Vanderbilt Realty brokers $3.375 million sale of 2,941 s/f Wendy’s restaurant property

Hauppauge, NY Anthony Fornabaio, director of sales of Vanderbilt Realty, negotiated the $3.375 million sale of a triple net leased retail investment grade corporate backed Wendy’s. The 2,941 s/f free-standing, built-to-suit, one-story fast food restaurant building has been leased to Wendy’s for 18 years on 43,560 s/f area (on one-acre).

The property is located at 352 Motor Pwy. The sale was negotiated and brokered in cooperation with CB Richard Ellis.
