Foresite Realty Advisors NE, Inc. completes sale of 148-unit apartment complex
According to James Walker, president of Foresite Realty Advisors NE, Inc., the firm has recently assisted in the sale of the 148-unit Heritage Arms Apartment complex, located at 1 Tryon Ave., in cooperation with the Prudential Blake Atlantic Real Estate firm.
The two firms performed their services on behalf of the receiver of an estate for the purpose of bringing about the sale which was part of an estate settlement.
The brick apartment complex, situated in a suburban setting, had reportedly been transferred for the sum of $5,862,998, a transaction as ordered by the acting surrogate court judge of Schenectady County. The property was sold to Heritage Arms, LLC, a local entity.
