Fore launches LEED Silver designed Charlotte apartment community

Fore Property Company (FORE) plans to open The Belle Haven, a 176-unit apartment community this fall 2013. The property will be comprised of 176, one, two and three-bedroom LEED Silver Designed eco-friendly apartments. The apartment interiors include hardwood style floors, granite kitchen countertops, clean steel appliances, espresso cabinetry and open living spaces with 9 ft. ceilings. The community amenities will include a full-body fitness center, Yoga and Pilates room, recreational pool, and 24x7 access clubhouse with high definition entertainment area and conference room. There are lush natural preserves surrounding the community which will make one feel nestled away, while still being able to access all modern conveniences.
