Forchelli welcomes DeCapua and Rosenzweig as partners

Uniondale, NY Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP (FDT) have welcomed Anthony DeCapua to its Construction and Litigation practice groups as a partner and James Rosenzweig to its Real Estate, Banking & Finance and Restaurant & Hospitality practice groups as a partner. 

Prior to joining FDT, DeCapua was Of Counsel at another locally-based law firm. DeCapua  earned his Juris Doctor from Touro Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree from St. John’s University. He is admitted to practice in New York State, Connecticut and the Federal Courts in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

Rosenzweig joins the firm from The Riese Organization of New York City, where he served as vice president and general counsel for over two decades.

Rosenzweig earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School and his Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania. He is admitted in New York State; the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York; and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit.
