Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP Partner Daniel S. Dornfeld Elected to the Board of Directors for The Real Estate Institute of Long Island Located at Stony Brook University

Uniondale, NY According to Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP, Daniel Dornfeld, a partner in the real estate, IDA benefits and government incentives, corporate, and cannabis practice groups, was elected to serve on the Board of Directors for the Real Estate Institute of Long Island located at Stony Brook University effective July 23, 2025. 

“It was my honor to sponsor Dan for membership based on his deep understanding of the intricacies of commercial real estate law and how to navigate them,” said REI executive board member and H2M vice president/real estate market director Michele Pincus, Esq. “He will truly be an asset to our Board as we advance Long Island’s real estate industry and develop the next generation of talent in our field.”

For over 40 years, REI has met the evolving needs of Long Island real estate professionals. Capitalizing on its affiliation with the College of Business at Stony Brook University, and on the experience of its board of directors, the Institute serves as a respected spokesperson on contemporary issues and as a resource for professional career development. Dornfeld earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law, his MBA from Boston University School of Management, and is BA from Colgate University.
