Flaum Management Company hosts April 10th monthly meeting of Rochester NYSCAR
Flaum Management Co., Inc. hosted the monthly meeting of the Rochester Area chapter of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR). The event took place at Westmar Plaza, for which Flaum recently took over leasing.
The 162,000 s/f center which is owned by The Brookhill Group, is anchored by Big Lots and contains a variety of local and regional retailers. The center also offers internal business offices as well as some high bay warehouse spaces complete with loading docks and grade doors.
Several turnkey spaces are available for small retailers specifically:dance studio, beauty salon, call center, sales offices, etc. Flaum Management is currently leasing space between 500 s/f and 20,000 s/f at the plaza.
