FirstService Residential takes 48,000 s/f at 575 Fifth Ave.; Friedman of Colliers is broker

Manhattan, NY FirstService Residential, a leading manager of residential communities in North America, signed a long-term lease for 48,000 s/f across the 9th and 10th floors of Beacon Capital Partners’ 575 Fifth Ave. The company is relocating from 622 Third Ave.

The tenant was represented by Mark Friedman of Colliers, and the landlord self-represented. The space is currently being built out to meet FSR’s vision by Montroy DeMarco Architecture, LLP, with Jack Green & Associates as the mechanical engineer. FirstService anticipates a fall 2022 move-in.

FirstService Residential is committed to improving the quality of life for its nearly 500 associates, and is currently working toward WELL Silver certification.
