Peter Finn, executive VP, and Larry Van Der Bogart, sales/leasing associate of CB Richard Ellis/Syracuse, represented St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in its $3.45 million purchase of 4401 Middle Settlement Rd. The 84,800 s/f building situated on 40 acres was formerly occupied by the Hartford Insurance Companies, of which Finn and Van Der Bogart procured a new site for Hartford within the New Hartford Office Park.
St. Elizabeth's Medical Center, in an effort to satisfy its continued growth and expansion, purchased the building from New Hartford Plaza, LLC, and intends on using the property for administrative, clinical and educational purposes. Upon completing renovations, St. Elizabeth's is targeting a spring/summer occupancy. Pyramid Brokerage Co./Utica was the listing agent.
