Finn and Anninos of CBRE/Syracuse broker $11.5 million sale of senior complex
Michael Finn, CCIM, managing partner, and Bill Anninos, of the CBRE/Syracuse office, brokered the $11.5 million sale of Golden Legacy Senior Community at 7 Legacy Dr. Midway Investors, LLC, purchased the apartment complex from Golden Legacy, LLC.
The six-building, 144-unit complex provides 1,000 s/f, two-bedroom apartments for seniors age 55 or better. The senior living community is situated on 12 acres.
