City Connections Realty, Inc. has completed two leases at 2853 3rd Ave. totaling 3,400 s/f. La Unica.com, Inc., Electronics Sales & Services and Envy Beauty & Nails each leased 1,700 s/f, the entire 2nd and 3rd floors respectively. Barry Fields of City Connections was the broker. The building is a three-story retail property located on the 2853 Third Ave. corner of 149th St. "The Hub."
