Fetscher of Great American Brokerage leases space to restaurant

Paul Fetscher, CCIM, SCLS of Great American Brokerage Inc. has completed the signing of a long term lease for Muscle Maker Grill.  The restaurant will open late spring.  It will occupy space in the Edgewater Marketplace, about 2.5 miles south of the George Washington Bridge and opposite 125th St. in Manhattan. The Location is on the Hudson River.  It has floor to ceiling glass at the rear, leading to outdoor deck dining with views of The Hudson River. The Muscle Maker Grill is a 13 year old operation recently ramped up for multiple locations.  They specialize in fresh, healthy food.  All entrees are prepared fresh on site every day.  The units have no fryers and no trans-fats.  Simply, it is "Good Food With Your Health In Mind." The franchisee for this location is Victor Martinez, one of the nation's outstanding body builders.  Victor has been a finalist in the Mr. Olympia contest.  Martinez is excited about bringing good healthy food to his hometown. Great American Brokerage is the exclusive agent for Muscle Maker Grill. Units are currently open in Colonia, Red Bank, Manalapan, Scotch Plains and Jersey city, N.J.  Additional sites are sought in the Greater New York Metro area.  Plans call for 50 units throughout that territory. Spaces should be between 1,500 and 2,500 s/f and be ventible.  Most locations will be in strip centers.  However, free standing, end caps, office buildings, central business districts and food court units will be considered.
