Ferretti and Veksler of National Brokerage complete $1.3 million sale
National Brokerage's president, Jeffrey Ferretti and VP, Klara Veksler were instrumental in securing a buyer for 5114-5116 Ave. N. The former Kings Restaurant property is zoned C2/R5 and sold for $1.3 million. These were four parcels on one tax lot. Ferretti and Veksler represented both parties.
In a second transaction, a 6,000 s/f warehouse, zoned M-1, in East Flatbush was sold to a sanitation carting company. Ferretti and Veksler represented both parties.
According to Veksler, "It's all in the marketing to the right buyers and sellers."
