Ferrara of Brax Realty and Zaken of Compass complete $4 million sale

Manhattan, NY Michael Ferrara, managing principal of Brax Realty and Neil Zaken, founder of The Zaken Team at Compass completed the sale of 317 East 78th St., located in the Upper East Side.

The property sold for $4 million in an all-cash transaction and was the first time the building traded hands in over 49 years.

Ferrara and Zaken exclusively represented the seller, The Estate of Michael Kolin, and also procured the buyer, a local private investor.

317 East 78th St. consists of 16 apartments with 7,176 s/f. The building is 25 ft. wide with additional air rights of  3,039 s/f and benefited from its close proximity to the Q subway.
