Feinman of Vanguard-Fine arranges a 2,500 s/f lease at Jupiter Park

Jupiter Park, a 96,000 s/f office/warehouse park located off Walker Way, leased the last space in the first of three buildings to be built. Optrans America Corp. signed a 2,500 s/f lease at 12 Jupiter Ln. The first building is 32,000 s/f. The landlord has plans to start the second building in March of next year with spaces available from 3,000 to 20,000 s/f. The marketing of the park is being handled by Barry Feinman of Vanguard-Fine and they are currently talking to a few prospective tenants for the new building. Feinman feels it is a prime location for anyone in a service, healthcare, construction or distribution industry.
