Feinberg of Sutton Real Estate Co. brokers $650,000 sale of historic Cab Fab Building in Syracuse
Syracuse, NY Bart Feinberg of Sutton Real Estate Company brokered the $650,000 sale of the Cab Fab building. The buyer was Richard Gianforti, Jr. and the seller of the building was JGH Properties, LLC.
The historic 35,000 s/f building will be the future home of Flower City Glass. There will be planned future development in the 4 story tower into commercial and residential space
