New York, NY The Feil Organization has signed multiple long-term leases at its 257 Park Ave. S and 853 Broadway locations in the ever-active neighborhood.
British apparel designer Paul Smith has signed for 12,617 s/f on the fifth floor of 257 Park Ave. S for a new showroom and office. Beachwold Residential, a New York City-based, family-owned real estate company focused on the development, acquisition and management of multifamily properties in multiple states around the country has taken 12,637 s/f on the building’s 13th floor.
Loop Me, a UK-based digital advertising firm, will take 7,897 s/f on the sixth floor of 853 Broadway.

Ownership has gotten more aggressive and proactive in pre-building larger spaces and offering more generous tenant improvement allowances, which has increased the demand for our buildings,” said Rob Fisher, Director of Commercial Leasing at The Feil Organization.
