Favara rejoins Advantage Title as senior vice president

According to Advantage Title president Joseph Willen, Christine Favara has rejoined the company as senior vice president and national and international transaction counsel. Prior to rejoining Advantage, an affiliate of the Advantage Group of companies, Favara was senior vice president and national transaction counsel at Lincoln Land Services LLC. She returned to the same position at Advantage that she held from 2007-2012. Favara has extensive experience counseling clients on complex title matters on a multi-state and international scope. She has successfully handled major complex transactions throughout the United States, the Caribbean, Mexico, Canada, and Europe, and is recognized as an expert in all aspects of title insurance. Favara's transactions regularly involve the disposition and financing of commercial real estate, mezzanine financing, equity participations and construction lending.
