Favara rejoins Advantage Title as senior vice president

According to Advantage Title president Joseph Willen, Christine Favara has rejoined the company as senior vice president and national and international transaction counsel. Prior to rejoining Advantage, an affiliate of the Advantage Group of companies, Favara was senior vice president and national transaction counsel at Lincoln Land Services LLC. She returned to the same position at Advantage that she held from 2007-2012. Favara has extensive experience counseling clients on complex title matters on a multi-state and international scope. She has successfully handled major complex transactions throughout the United States, the Caribbean, Mexico, Canada, and Europe, and is recognized as an expert in all aspects of title insurance. Favara's transactions regularly involve the disposition and financing of commercial real estate, mezzanine financing, equity participations and construction lending. "Advantage Title's already strong national title presence has been bolstered significantly with the return of Christine to the team," Willen said. A resident of Huntington, Favara received a bachelor of science degree from the University of Vermont in 2000 and a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School in 2004. She has been a member of the New York State Bar since 2005 and is actively involved in various community and professional service organizations, including the Association of Real Estate Women, Commercial Real Estate Women, Corenet Global and the Urban Land Institute.
