Favara joins the team at Advantage Title

According to president Joseph Willen, Christine Favara, Esq. has joined the team at Advantage Title. Favara moved to Advantage Title from New York Land Services, an operating division of Land America, where she served as national commercial counsel. Favara has extensive experience counseling clients on complex title matters on a multi-state and international level. She has successfully handled major complex transactions throughout the United States and the Caribbean, Mexico, Canada, France, the Bahamas and Puerto Rico, and is recognized as an expert in all aspects of title insurance. Favara's transactions regularly involve the disposition and financing of commercial real estate, mezzanine financing, equity participations and construction lending.
