Famularo of Eastern Consolidated brokers 10,000 s/f restaurant lease

Eastern Consolidated has arranged a 10,000 s/f lease for The Hunt and Fish Club at 125 West 44th St. The steak and seafood restaurant is expected to open within AKA Times Sq. in late August. The new restaurant's 10-year lease includes 5,000 s/f on the ground floor and 5,000 s/f on the lower level. This space, located between Broadway and the Avenue of Americas, was previously occupied by the Dopo Teatro Italian Eatery for 18 years. "The Hunt and Fish Club is a prime addition to the retail landscape around the ever-active Times Sq. and will complement the luxury, extended stay residences at AKA Times Sq.," said James Famularo, senior director of the retail leasing division for Eastern Consolidated, who exclusively represented the landlord and the tenant in the transaction. "Prices in this area range from $200 to $250 per s/f, which makes this a noteworthy culinary lease within this highly-competitive marketplace." Nestled between the area's main commercial intersections at the heart of the Times Sq. lights display, 125 West 44th St. is easily accessible via all major subway lines and in close proximity to notable attractions including ABC's Times Sq. Studios, Radio City Music Hall, Rockefeller Center and Bryant Park.
