Famularo and Idnani of NYCRS rep tenant in 1,725 s/f retail lease at 195 Bleecker Street

James Famularo and Ravi Idnani of NYCRS recently consummated a deal at 195 Bleecker St. The former deli was on the market for the first time in over 30 years. The space is 1,725 s/f. The new tenant who will be taking possession November 1st is Stieber's Sweet Shoppe which is a gourmet candy shop. Its an old fashioned name with a modern approach. After watching their first store grow in Roseville, California they've decided to expand nationwide. This will be their first location in N.Y.C. The tenant was exclusively represented by Famularo and Idnani. The landlord was represented by Bill Abramson and Elba Diaz at Buchbinder & Warren They signed a 12-year lease.
