Famularo and Idnani of New York Commercial Real Estate Services complete 4,000 s/f

According to New York Commercial Real Estate Services, (NYCRS) agents James Famularo and Ravi Idnani have brought a new wine bar to TriBeCa. 279 Church St. will be the new location for an Italian Winery, and is roughly 4,000 s/f on the ground floor and lower level combined. The asking rent was $25,000 per month.
