Faltin and Hauser join Moritt Hock & Hamroff as associates

According to the law firm of Moritt Hock & Hamroff LLP, with offices on Long Island and Manhattan, Krista Faltin and John Hauser have joined the firm as associates. Faltin joins the firm's bankruptcy and litigation practice groups and Hauser joins the firm's corporate and real estate practice groups. Faltin joins the firm as a first year associate following the receipt of her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School where she was a member of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law. Falitn was a legal intern at the firm. Hauser joins the firm as a first year associate following the receipt of his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law where he was a member of the Journal of International Business Law. Hauser was a legal intern at the firm, is a CPA, and prior to joining Moritt Hock & Hamroff, was a senior tax accountant at the firm of Ernst & Young. When Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) were first part of commercial real estate risk management, it was the lenders driving this requirement. When a borrower wanted a loan on a property, banks would utilize a list of “Approved Consultants” to order the report on both refinances and purchases.
