Executive of the Month: Deals on wheels: Michael Zere is the executive vice president at Zere Real Estate Services

Zere Real Estate Services is celebrating their 32nd anniversary servicing both Nassau and Suffolk Counties with their commercial real estate services. Michael Zere, executive vice president of Zere Real Estate Services grew up in the commercial real estate business and knows what it takes to run a successful commercial real estate firm that people trust. He prides himself on hard work, hands on personal service and delivering speedy performance right to the finish line. The kind of service Michael Zere gives has racked up hundreds of deals over the years personally closed by him in all size ranges and categories ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small business owners in office, medical, industrial, land and retail properties. His personal service includes hand delivering leases and contracts, putting up his own signs on his exclusive properties and meeting eye to eye with customers in person. Expedient service is even more necessary when a customer is in trouble or has a deadline to meet to run their operations without missing a beat. This is Michael Zere's work ethic mantra...no red tape. Creativity is a must to capture and secure a tenant when orchestrating a deal in a bad market. Often Michael Zere will be approached on a building from an out of state client over the Zere Real Estate Services website. He will then even pick them up at the airport and give them a tour of the area of interest whether it is far west or eastern Long Island. Property owners trust him to represent their properties because of his cooperative demeanor with all of the commercial brokers and attorneys in the industry. He always makes himself available to show properties and arrange for quick lease negotiations and putting buildings into contract the fastest way possible. Michelle Marie Zere, Michael Zere's business partner and sister, had this to say about her brother: "Michael is motivated everyday to move Zere properties, problem solving and catering to his customers and landlords 24/7 is what sets him apart as a shining star in the industry. He takes all of the guesswork out of finding the right property fit for a client's needs." Michael Zere resides around the corner from the Zere Real Estate Services office with his wife and four boys to make life less complicated and enjoy his family. "Work is important and we respect our business, by living close by to the office and many of our exclusive properties there are simply no excuses. Rain, sleet, ice and snow, even a blizzard, I get in my pick-up truck and go...go... go...I get done whatever needs to get done to make a deal happen." said Michael Zere.
