Eversoll of EPH honored

Don Eversoll, principal of The EPH Group and Timber Ridge Homes was inducted into the Long Island Builder's Institute Hall of Fame. Eversoll, along with 10 other inductees, seven builders and three associates, were honored as the inaugural group to receive this prestigious award for their contribution to the residential homebuilding industry on Long Island. Eversoll, along with his partners Jeff Parsigian and Mark Hamer, own and operate The EPH Group, a national management consulting firm based out of Jericho. The firm provides distressed residential and commercial real estate management services throughout the country. Eversoll is also principal, along with Parsigian and Hamer, of the Timber Ridge Organization, a residential homebuilding operation based out of Medford. Timber Ridge Homes will complete their first operating year as the second most profitable homebuilder in the nation.
