ERG Property Advisors hires two new investment sales associates; Ellman and Rhatigan join the investment sales division

ERG Property Advisors has hired the following two new associates to its investment sales division: Seamus Rhatigan joined ERG after pursuing a career in banking with J.P. Morgan Chase. Focusing on the Downtown submarket in Manhattan, Rhatigan brings a local knowledge to the Financial District and Battery Park communities by residing and working with many local associations in the area. A graduate of West Virginia University, Rhatigan was president of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity. He is a member of the Downtown/Battery Park dog owners association. Rhatigan is a licensed real estate sales person in the state of New York. Ian Ellman joins ERG as an associate investment sales advisor on the ERG Manhattan team. Ellman graduated from The University of Arizona Eller College of Management with a degree in business management. During Ellman's time in Arizona, he acquired his initial sales, marketing, and management skills. A native of Long Island, he brings a strong understanding of the Manhattan real estate market. Ellman brings a strong work ethic to ERG and is dedicated to providing the proper services to meet his client's needs.
