ERG Property Advisors completes sale of 3,620 s/f
ERG Property Advisors has completed the sale of 71 Forest Ave. The property is located on the corner of Forest Ave. and Bryce Ave.
The property is a single-story retail building leased to Payless Shoe Source, Inc. It is approximately 3,620 s/f and is situated on a 33,329 s/f lot. The building sold for $1,318,553 which represents an 8.65% Cap.
The lease commenced in 2010 and runs until August 31, 2020.
