Energy Management Systems to provide services for Acadia Realty’s City Point development

Brooklyn, NY Energy Management Systems (EMS) was selected by City Point developers Acadia Realty Trust and Local Culture Management Group to provide utility submetering and tenant billing for their new mixed-use development. EMS will provide water and electric submetering and billing plus HVAC billing from the central plant serving the retail tenants.

City Point, by Acadia Realty Trust, is one of the largest food, shopping and entertainment destination in the downtown area. City Point provides a mix of shops and restaurants as well as new destinations.

Dekalb Market, from Local Culture Management Group, is a new era in the borough’s history as a culinary center.  Showcasing 40 vendors who reflect the cultural and ethnic diversity of the borough, Dekalb Market is raising the borough’s profile as a hub of innovative cooking and dining experiences.
