Endeavor Real Estate Group arranges $6.3 million sale of Fox Run Apartments

Webster, NY Endeavor Real Estate Group negotiated the sale of Fox Run Apartments, a 56-unit multifamily community located at 710 Ridge Rd.

Endeavor conducted a targeted marketing process for the property, generating interest from a pool of investors. Endeavor’s advisory team was led by managing principal James Buckley and vice president of investment sales Patrick Salvato.

Fox Run Apartments is a garden-style apartment community situated along the Ridge Rd. corridor, one of the Rochester region’s most established and desirable suburban communities. The property benefits from access to major employment centers, retail, restaurants, and regional transportation routes, supporting consistent tenant demand and long-term investment appeal.

The transaction represents another multifamily investment sale arranged by Endeavor and further reflects the firm’s continued ability to create competitive markets for investment properties and execute transactions on behalf of its clients.
