Empire National Bank opens Port Jefferson Station branch

Empire National Bank's Port Jefferson Station branch officially opened on February 2. Douglas Manditch, the bank's chairman and chief executive officer, made the announcement regarding the third Suffolk County location for the Islandia-based full service commercial bank. "We look forward to being a strong presence in the area by providing superior customer service and a 'neighborhood' banking experience to the community," said branch manager Edy Meyer. She added that Empire National's wide array of innovative products and services is specifically designed to meet the needs of small to mid-sized privately owned businesses, professional practices and not-for-profit organizations. Manditch commented that the bank's Nesconset Highway location makes it convenient for customers to stop by during business hours. "They can also avail themselves of Empire National's many electronic banking options."
