Empire Commercial Const. awarded 2,661 s/f build out

Rochester, NY Empire Commercial Construction, a retail and small-project focused company, was awarded the construction contract for the interior build-out of Rochester Family Orthodontics.

Empire teamed with Greater Living Architecture, P.C. to design and construct the 2,661 s/f office located at 255 Westfall Rd., Suite B in CityGate. Construction is nearing completion, with an opening anticipated for later this month.

“Empire is proud to use our extensive medical construction experience to deliver a state-of-the-art space for Dr. Wood,” said Empire president, Jayne Penepent. “This location will provide the Rochester Community with more attentive orthodontic care and a dream space to perform the artful science of a beautiful smile.”

This new office will feature three treatment rooms, breakroom, private doctor’s office, manager’s office, consultation room, business office, reception area, quiet room, sterilization area and lab, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for patients to receive expert orthodontic care.

As one of the few board-certified orthodontists in the area, Dr. Wood offers orthodontic services to patients of all ages. Her practice includes state-of-the-art technology designed to improve patients’ entire appearance, not just straighten their teeth. Orthodontics is an artful science, and Rochester Family Orthodontics is where beautiful smiles are designed to last.
