Located in the middle of the block, the building is 20 ft. x 60 ft. with an additional 8,435 buildable s/f. This is an existing three family building that the buyer plans to redevelop into a 16-unit building. The building is located on the block of the B44 bus which runs on New York Ave. as well as Nostrand Ave.

EMH president and CEO Yona Edelkopf, with vice president of sales Baruch Edelkopf represented the buyer and seller.

“Over the past five years, this pocket on Linden Blvd. continues to experience a rise in new development,” Baruch Edelkopf said.

“Additionally another attribute is its proximity to Prospect Park and Downstate Medical Center which includes a major research complex and biotechnology facilities.”

The Church Ave. 2 and 5 trains are three blocks walking distance which gives residences easy access to the city and other parts of the borough.

The Flatbush neighborhood is a residential centric neighborhood known for its Victorian architecture. With an increasing number of bars and restaurants popping up around the area, it has become more attractive to not only families but also young professionals. Well served by public transportation, the area is connected regionally by MTA trains and locally by bus routes.
