Electra USA acquires PJ Mechanical

Manhattan, NY Electra USA, an electrical and mechanical construction company, has acquired PJ Mechanical, a prominent New York-based HVAC, mechanical, and industrial engineering firm. This marks the second mechanical firm in Electra USA’s portfolio, joining F.W. Sims Mechanical. The acquisition will maximize each firm’s specializations to further strengthen Electra USA’s influence in the New York specialty contracting sector. 

PJ Mechanical joins Gilston Electric, Hellman Electric, and F.W. Sims Mechanical as another strategic acquisition of Electra USA.
