Elder of RXR Realty completes five lease deals at 1330 Avenue of the Americas totaling 32,097 s/f

RXR Realty has executed five leases totaling 32,097 s/f at its property at 1330 Avenue of the Americas. Two leases are with new tenants, one is an expansion of space and two are renewals. Signing the leases are: * GCA Savvian renewed its lease for 10,400 s/f on the 28th floor of 1330 Avenue of the Americas. Agustus Field, IV of Cushman and Wakefield represented the tenant. * Prime Finance expanded its space. Prime, originally located in 2,130 s/f on the 36th floor, is moving into 4,669 s/f on the 27th floor. There was no broker representation. * Five Mile Capital Partners LLC leased 8,565 s/f on the 6th floor. Michael Burlant of Cushman and Wakefield represented the tenant. * Hentschel & Co. entered into a lease for 4,748 s/f on the 5th floor. They were represented by Paul Kotcher of Brickman. * BeaconLight Capital LLC renewed its lease for 3,715 s/f on the building's 5th floor. There was no broker representation. RXR was represented in-house by William Elder, managing director of the N.Y.C. division and executive vice president, on all the transactions.
