Efrati of Entrepreneur Properties completes $5.85 million sale
Entrepreneur Properties has sold a multifamily building for $5.85 million. The property is located at 43-25 44th St., Sunnyside. The walk-up building contains 39 apartments.
Efrati said, "The buyers loved the neighborhood and have been looking to purchase there for over three years, but nothing was for sale."
The rent multiple was 10.5x, and cap rate was just shy of 6%.
Ami Efrati of Entrepreneur Properties represented both the buyers and sellers.
