Entrepreneur Properties has closed a $3.175 million sale of 119-50 Metropolitan Ave. in Kew Gardens.
The building is a 16,000 s/f two story walk-up with 24 apartments and 15 outdoor parking spaces.
Ami Efrati represented the buyer, a local family, and the seller in this transaction.
Due to its 1974 construction date, all of the units are exempt from stabilization allowing the buyer to benefit from their free market status.
This is Efrati's fifth commercial transaction in the borough since the beginning of 2012.
