Efrati of Entrepreneur Properties brokers $26 million Queens sale

Queens, NY Entrepreneur Properties has completed the sale of 136-04 Cherry Ave. in the Flushing neighborhood. The multifamily property sold for $26 million.
The building is a six story, dual elevatored building with 76 apartments and eight retail spaces.
Ami Efrati of Entrepreneur represented the buyer, Joel Weiner of the Pinnacle Group, in this transaction.
The building traded for a 2.8% cap which is considered a premium for multifamily buildings in this neighborhood.
