‘EDGE' apartment community now 95% leased

Jersey City, NJ According to Cypress Equity Investments (CEI), a national multifamily developer, in partnership with New Jersey-based RAM Development (RAM), ‘EDGE,’ their 180-residence, market rate apartment community is now 95% leased. A transit-oriented development designed by Marchetto Higgins Stieve, EDGE is located at 170 Ave. F, close by to the Hudson Bergen 22nd St. Light Rail Station connecting residents to Jersey City and Manhattan.

Bayonne is in the midst of a bit of a residential renaissance, with EDGE being one of the latest transit-oriented development near the Hudson Bergen 22nd Street light rail station,” said Michael Sorochinsky, CEI founder and CEO. 

RAM’s co-founder Jacob Rottenberg said, “EDGE is a transformative project for Bayonne’s east side, expanding the light-rail and transit-focused development that Bayonne is undergoing. The visionary leadership of the Mayor and the Council has been instrumental in encouraging the progress that has been made to date.”

EDGE features studios, one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms, and a small mix of top-floor one and two-bedroom + lofts. Apartment features include kitchens with quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Conveniences include backlit mirrors in bathrooms, in-unit washer and dryers, and walk-in closets. Private patios with NYC skyline views are also available in select apartments.

EDGE residents amenities also include a full-service fitness center, a landscaped roof deck with lounge seating, fire pits, and BBQs. A multipurpose club room with adjacent outdoor entertainment space, plus multiple outdoor courtyards.
