Edelkopf, Ustoyev, Sejdi and Peyser of EPIC secure $4.1 million sale; Stabler of Rivington Co. purchased the property

EPIC Commercial Realty arranged the sale of 7-13 Knickerbocker Ave., a single-story commercial building in East Williamsburg. The current structure houses two tenants who are using the building as warehouse space. "East Williamsburg is known for its industrial buildings; the property has an M1-2 zoning allowing for 19,700 s/f of development rights. The building is currently income producing with short-term leases, which is what appealed to our buyer," said Yona Edelkopf, CEO of EPIC. Travis Stabler of Rivington Company purchased the property, in an off-market transaction, for $4.1 million. Both sides of the deal were brokered by EPIC; Yuriy Ustoyev and Vlora Sejdi representing the seller and Seth Peyser and Edelkopf representing the buyer.
