Edan and Ofer Cohen of Itzhaki Properties broker $5.3 million sale of mixed-use building; St. Marks Place has 16 apartments and a ground-floor Pinkberry

According to Itzhaki Properties, 24 St. Mark's Place has a new landlord. The East Village, six-story mixed-use walk-up apartment building, built 12,374 s/f traded for $5.3 million which represented a 12 gross rent multiple. The property consists of 16 apartments and one ground-floor retail unit, occupied by Pinkberry. Itzhaki Properties was the sole broker in the transaction. Itzhaki's Edan Cohen represented the buyer (a private investor) and Ofer Cohen represented the seller.
